Callused Hands

Happy to say that Ivan at Callused Hands, who already have a very neat first issue up containing, among others, Felino Soriano, has decided to feature five poems by me along with a sort of little interview where I impart my huge wisdom to the hapless reader, as Featured Writer #1. Check the first issue out att he link and submit if you feel inspired.

Delighted to have just had three poems accepted for the next issue of Aposiopieces, sometime in June, and two for the fourth issue in July. The zine is really well put together with a nice visual and textual symbiosis, so it's a great site, check it out here.

Stray Branch

Very pleased to have had three poems accepted by Stray Branch for their issue 5, Spring/Summer 2010. It's an online and print zine that specializes in modern emotional and raw verse about the human lot. So check it out at the link, there's some very good stuff there on display. It's the sort of zine i'm very pleased to appear in.

The Maynard

Received my copy of The Maynard's 2008 anthology today, containing three poems by me, as well as work by many other people, including young Rob Plath. There's even a free cd included with stuff on it. They spelled my name wrong in the book though, even if it was right on their website, but I assume that is the fault of the printers, who are Canadian I suppose. It's on sale for $25 at their website. It's a very professional looking production and their zine is always excellent. So check them out, and do buy it.

words are born

Forgot to say that in March editor-in-chief Wolfgang Carstens pulled rank on me and posted words are born by me at the thin edge of staring. He liked that poem for some reason. Drink can destroy a man's judgment.

Persephonous Blue

Very happy to have a thing coming up in trhe first issue of Persephonous Blue, a new print zine that looks like it will be great if you read the poets the editor likes. Details here.

Joyful! online

Pleased to say that three poems are posted at Joyful! online, they are about Schopenhauer and the Vedas actually. But they are definitely the less evil side of me. (I don't listen to that guy a lot.)
