Mung Being 35

Delighted to say that five by me will be in the next issue, 35, of Mung Being. Truly one of the best zines out there, as I said before.

Can also say that a chapbook by me will be appearing in March 2011, no details at present, not even a title finalized, but one of some name is coming.

Motley Press Ezine

Pleased to have one by me coming in the November issue of Motley Press Ezine. Great place to be.

The Writing Disorder

Happy to say that five by me and a hugely beautiful photo of myself and a young black and tan lady, me with loose tooth, the puppy with a UTI, will be appearing in The Writing Disorder's winter issue.

Marvelous zine. She is eating vitamin C on veterinary advice. I am doing absolutely nothing about the tooth, being a natural-born Cletus.

The Camel Saloon

Pleased to say that a poem by me is coming soon in The Camel Saloon, a very good place to drink indeed.

Clockwise Cat XX

Just below I mention Clockwise Cat 19, where I evidently neglected, in my crapulence and debility, to submit poems. Three such, however, will be forthcoming in issue number 20, which is coming when it comes, information available to you at the link, but not to me while writing, on account of an extreme laziness that sort of precludes motion in my mouse hand just now.

Black-Listed Magazine

Hugely pleased to have two posted at Black-Listed Magazine, very prompt response, a very talented editor in Mike Meraz, and really impressive poetry there by some of the best currently active underground writers. My current two are here, others by me are linked to the right.

Clockwise Cat IXX

There 's a review of Maxwell Baumbach, and not less than three reviews of Mr. Michael McAloran up at Clockwise Cat. See below for links to the reviews. Generally speaking it seems to be a great issue, lots of excellent people there, plus a review of Inland Empire, one of my favorite films, by the editor Alison Ross herself.

As Alison says, many people dislike Lynch, on account of alleged pretentiousness or nasty hair, but that's not so. He always had lovely a haircut, and to see why he is not a bullshitting wannabe surrealist, but the real thing, read her review

Lynch, John Waters, Lars von Trier, Jean Rollin, Kurosawa, Jarmusch, Guy Ritchie, Clive Barker, Romero, Tarrantino and Rodriguez, these are all very different sorts of film people who are not crap. Some crap is good crap, even great crap; these just aren't crap at all.

Phantom Kangaroo

As promised one in the first Phantom Kangaroo, an excellent issue with many names I know in it. Do check it out.

The poem in question is one of many poems I have which complains about the lot of children, in that respect I am like the great Zé do Caixão, every sensible person's hero.

Caper Literary Journal

Delighted to have one by me up in issue 9 of the marvelous Caper Literary Journal.

Sein und Werden

Pleased to have one due in the next web issue of Sein und Werden, the last issue up at the link is about a year old so good to see them back in action.

Gutter Eloquence 12

Two poems by me up in Gutter Eloquence twelve, a hugely great place to be and absolutely one of the best zines out there.
